The evening cup

Sleep.

The hour before bed is a routine, not a switch.

What you drink in that hour is part of the ritual. The point of a caffeine-free cup at the end of the day is mostly that it doesn’t work against you.

What goes in the pot

Everything on this page is caffeine-free, which is the whole reason it belongs here rather than on the Energy page. Beyond that, the differences are ones of flavour and habit — pick the one you actually want to drink.

Building the ritual

Made warm, unhurried, and at roughly the same time each night, the cup does something a capsule doesn’t: it marks the end of the day. That consistency is most of what you are buying.

Practical notes: brew herbals at a full boil and give them longer than you think — five to seven minutes, covered, so the aromatics don’t leave with the steam. Make it before you want it, not when you want it. And keep the cup somewhere that isn’t your desk.

Be first to sip. No spam — one note when we open.
